Brand Manager
We are looking for a driven and creative Brand Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of model brands across social media. You will own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of each model’s online presence, supported by dedicated virtual assistants (VAs) and our in-house AI content generation systems.
This is a full-time role where you will take full ownership of a model’s brand identity — from shaping their online persona to running their content pipeline and growing their audience.
You will be working with a lean team of around 4-5 other Brand Managers who all do a similar job but for different models, with the objective of creating a culture where creativity is encouraged and desired.
Responsibilities
- Own the full process of AI content generation for assigned models (systems already built in-house).
- Manage and grow social media accounts for models across platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
- Fine-tune, iterate, and improve each model’s brand identity to ensure it resonates with target audiences.
- Guide and oversee VAs who support you with content creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Monitor performance metrics and trends to optimize brand strategy and account growth.
- Stay on top of Western internet culture, memes, and trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Take full accountability for the brand direction, growth, and results of your models.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts, pages, or brands (personal or professional).
- A portfolio of accounts you’ve worked on that shows your creativity and results.
- Strong understanding of Western culture, memes, and internet trends.
- Driven, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of a brand end-to-end.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage VAs effectively.
