About the Role

We’re hiring a recruiter to run two core pipelines:

• Inbound (Gamers): You’ll manage a funnel of high-level competitive gamers — people who are top 0.5–1% in their games and show signs of drive, focus, and potential. These are generalist hires we’ll train internally.
• Outbound (Specialists): You’ll actively source experts across the internet for roles like AI engineers, video editors, synthetic media artists, paid growth operators, etc.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the full hiring process.

Responsibilities

Inbound – Gamer Funnel

• Manage inbound applications from top-ranked players across competitive games
• Source additional prospects through forums, ladders, and Discord communities
• Screen for talent, discipline, and communication skills
• Conduct first interviews using tools like Fathom
• Pass top candidates to final interviews and track their status

Outbound – Specialist Roles
